Patrik Sandin

Exponential Innovation Coach

Patrik is the CEO and Chief Innovation Officer of T2L. He is also the founder of the Greater China office (Hong Kong) of the international Sustainability NGO, The Natural Step, where he sit on the global executive committee with the title of Chairman. Patrik has over 20 years' experience as strategy and management consultant (Accenture, OC&C Strategy, EY and Centigo) in the areas of performance improvement, change management, strategy, mergers and acquisitions and sustainability. In addition he is a pioneer in the field of Business Model Innovation. He has a BSBA degree from IUM, a certificate in Strategy from London School of Economics and is a double alumnus of Singularity University as well as a member of the global ExO network of exponential organisations experts.

Steven Zhang

Senior Analyst

Steven is the Senior Analyst and Innovation coach at T2L. He manages internal and client specific research projects and manages T2L's external "staff-on-demand" expert network. Steven has a background in strategy consulting from L.E.K and market research from SXL Group. He has an Engineering Masters Degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Bachelor's degree in Ocean Engineering from Harbin Engineering University.

Lin Zhang

Systemic Innovation Coach

Lin is the Chief Sustainability Advisor and Head of Advisory Services of T2L as well as a Director of The Natural Steps Operations in China. She is a double masters degree holder in Sustainable Business Leadership (Mgmt) and in Systems on Chip (EE), both from Lund University, Sweden. Lin has rich and deep experiences across different industries in Europe and China, 10+ years in ASIC and Telecom industries both as R&D engineer and project manager (Switchcore, Ericsson) and in Corporate Development (PacketArchitects). In the recent years, Lin has gained substantial experience in sustainbility business and operation transformation through consulting projects with major players in the manufactory industry in China. Lin is also a guest lecturer in MBA program in Shanghai University and seasoned trainer and workshop facilitator.

Joy Hu

Analyst

Joy is Analyst and Innovation coach at T2L. She focuses on supporting Systemic Innovation projects and is also the communications manager for T2L's Innovation Labs. Joy has a background from CleanTech project coordination at In-Nordic AB as well as from Research with Stockholm Environment Institute. Masters degree in Sustainable Technology from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Nordland University in Bodo, Norway.
